About Lauren Hendley
I am a Human Resources professional looking to grow my career in the HR field. As a graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler, I have obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in the fields of marketing and management in 2015, as well as a Master of Business Administration in 2017 and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development in 2023. I have worked as an academic advisor and am now working as an HR Generalist for a manufacturing company. My goal is to find employment in a company in which I may use the knowledge and skills I have developed thus far to build a career. My computer experience includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc, UKG, iCIMS, FMLASource, SPSS, SAP, PeopleSoft, EAB Navigate, Perceptive Content – including the Workflow function, Qualtrics, and multiple banking software programs.
