As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, I lead Westland’s national Talent Acquisition team of seven (including a Team Lead) supporting high-volume and specialized hiring across the organization. I also work closely with our Senior Leadership Team on cross-functional initiatives that strengthen our recruitment strategy and support our continued (rapid!) growth.Key responsibilities:• Team Leadership & Delivery: Oversee day-to-day business wide recruitment and operations, including workload planning, team coaching, people development, performance management, and problem-solving. Ensure the team delivers high-quality results by monitoring core metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring manager/candidate experience.• Enhancing the TA Function: Drive improvements across the talent acquisition lifecycle by leading initiatives across DEI, campus programs, ATS enhancements, process optimization, reporting, and recruiter capability building.• Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Guide the rollout and development of a new sourcing function, supporting proactive search, employer branding, and the development of talent pipelines for key roles.• Senior & Executive Recruitment: Manage a select portfolio of senior and VP-level searches, partnering directly with the C-suite on key hiring needs. Handling everything from needs analysis and sourcing to offer negotiation and close.• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with HR, Marketing, SLT, and external partners to align recruitment strategies with business goals and strengthen Westland’s presence in the talent market.
