About Lauren Mary Gotimer

My leadership philosophy, ALLY (Advocate, Laugh, Live, You), reflects my belief in empowering others, fostering collaboration, and leading with authenticity. Inside of work, I lead complex operations where the cost of indecision is high and the path forward isn’t always clear. Outside of work, I remain actively engaged in my community, currently serving as Market Operations Coordinator for the local Farmers’ Market.Over the last 15+ years, I’ve built and led global planning, supply chain, and operations organizations across aerospace and manufacturing—often in moments of transition, risk, or rapid growth. I’m known for stepping into ambiguity, aligning stakeholders with competing priorities, and turning fragmented systems into scalable, resilient operating models. My work spans enterprise transformation, industrial readiness, SIOP, and crisis leadership, with results including $100M+ in cost and inventory avoidance, improved on-time delivery, and sustained increases in process maturity. I partner closely with senior leaders, OEM customers, and cross-functional teams to make hard tradeoff decisions that protect both near-term execution and long-term capability. At the core of my leadership is a belief that strong results and strong cultures are not in conflict. I advocate for teams, hold high standards, and lead with authenticity and accountability—especially when the pressure is on.
