As someone who enjoys the day-to-day tasks and routine work, I was pleasantly surprised when later on in my career I discovered I actually love switching things up as well. Spend the day analyzing thousands of rows of data in excel or Google Sheets? I’m your gal (better yet, let’s add some graphs in there too). Manually load 100 companies into the CRM in one day? On it! Spend hours cross-referencing hundreds of conference attendees and updating leads so the Sales team has a step up when meeting them? No problem. Do the same checks on 80+ companies each week? Sure thing. Although some people may find things like this tedious, I look forward to doing it! That said, what if we change those processes? Speed it up, make it more useful, use the data to inspire another project? Call me in! Collaboration and innovation, especially when used to support other teams, is right up my alley. I’m not fond of disorganization, and creating structure and road maps is something I take great pride in. I’m detailed, solution-oriented, and very purposeful in everything I do. The tech industry is where I thrive and something I am genuinely passionate about. True to the above quote, it\'s constantly changing and something I’m definitely excited to be a part of!
