I am a seasoned general counsel with Am Law A-List firm experience. My expertise covers complex transactions, compliance and regulatory matters, corporate governance, risk management, investigations, privacy, healthcare, litigation and appellate work, outside counsel management, finance, real estate, M&A, electronic discovery, federal contracts, intellectual property, licensing, securities, and employment matters. I welcome a challenge, and enjoy building and managing teams. As a former trial attorney, I am as comfortable in the courtroom as I am in the boardroom, and am equipped to handle the most complex matters. I received an AV Preeminent peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell. I have served as counsel to public companies, private companies and municipalities in a wide range of fields and industries, including life sciences (pharma and biotech), retail, financial services, technology, private equity, and real estate. I am a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and earned academic accolades at Brown University, where I captained the varsity women\'s lacrosse team. I am also a proud Boston Marathon qualifier and former Ironman triathlete. I am the proud mom of two little girls.
