About Lauren Galvis

Alumna from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a minor in Spanish. My professional interests include Advertising, Marketing, Public relations, and Copy Editing. My experience in the Communication/Journalism field stems from becoming the Copy Editor for my high school’s online newspaper/magazine, The Maverick Star. While at Texas A&M University, I gained experience as the Fashion and Beauty Editor for A-Line Magazine, one of Texas A&M\'s student organizations. During my time as Fashion and Beauty Editor at A-Line Magazine, I helped create the role of Videography Chief and simultaneously held both positions. Due to being an Editor and Videography Chief, I was also a part of the executive board at A-Line Magazine, which allowed me to take on a leadership role and assist our organization with branding, recruitment, and advertisement. Professionally, I have worked in the marketing field for over four years. I began my career as a Marketing Assistant at a small brokerage after graduating from Texas A&M in December 2020. Since then, I have gained experience in both real estate and advertising, most recently serving as a Marketing Advisor at the nation\'s #1 brokerage, where I provided strategic marketing support for high-profile clients and luxury properties.
