I’m currently SVP, HR for Canadian Banking at Scotiabank (Retail and Commercial banking, and Tangerine). Previously, I led HR for Technology & Digital at Scotia and held a series of enterprise HR roles at RBC, including building Centres of Expertise focused on workforce strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Earlier in my career, I co-founded TalentEgg and scaled it into a leading Canadian career platform, and began my career in consulting focused on technology and financial services.
