Provide overall program support to the Fresno-Madera K-16 Collaborative and the Executive Director, including managing, tracking and analyzing of program deliverables and outcomes as envisioned by our mission and grants such the CA Regional K-16 Education Collaborative Grant Program and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration’s Good Jobs Challenge• Support the development of short-term and long-term strategic Collaborative plans, provides leadership using professional experiences, educational expertise, and best judgment to coach and lead the Collaborative in developing equitable practices and procedures that support local and regional improvement • Support the Collaborative’s grant writing, submission, fiscal management, reporting efforts, and data collection to ensure all grant outcomes are met as assigned• Assist with creating partnerships and maintaining relationships with Collaborative and Partnership partners, key pathway leaders, influencers, external stakeholders, and policy makers• Support the Executive Director in enforcing established performance standards, monitoring performance, and conducting appraisals of programs and staff
