As Senior Director of Policy with the Kennedy Forum, I progress the Forum\'s state and national consumer health coverage and access advocacy efforts. I work with government leaders, regulators, policymakers, consumer and industry stakeholders, and c-suite leaders on issues around healthcare access and consumer rights including insurance parity, crisis care, and youth and family mental health. My work has led to the successful passage of a number of comprehensive mental health consumer protection laws and regulations that have been replicated in other states. I hold a Masters in Public Policy from the Goldman School at University of California, Berkeley and live in Sacramento where I spend my spare time DIY-renovating a 100-year-old house and finding the fun in endurance sports.
