Responsible for managing and delivering sales learning curriculum. Target focus is on the continued development, delivery and measurement of our sales programs at a regional level to ensure adaptations in language, customs and local business practices are considered and included in all sales training for all Hilton Brands. Responsible for managing the learning curriculum for Sales, which includes training front line Directors of Sales, Sales Leadership, and other on-and-above property Sales functions where appropriate. This includes developing content that supports the business objectives of the Focused Service Sales team, and ensuring all learning materials are relevant across all regions in the target organization. My position will both facilitate measure and in concert with Instructional Designers develop learning events to include full service and focused service.
