Head up team of attorneys responsible for contracting for the manufacture and administration of Bristol Myers Squibb CAR-T commercial products and the research and development for BMS Cell Therapy pipeline. From template development, to training of launch teams, and review and negotiation of agreements from over 70 treatment sites, the team supports the commercial and clinical teams for BMS Cell Therapy products. Support the Patient Advocacy team for all BMS hematology products. Provide legal guidance to the Patient Advocacy team regarding support and relationships with patient advocacy groups and events. Review all materials used with the patient advocacy community, as well as financial gifts and support to such groups. Support various clinical and commercial teams in a legal role for CAR T products including privacy, regulatory compliance, and creation of internal materials for education of various teams.
