Execute the clinical content strategy and roadmap in partnership with the clinical, product, marketing, creative, and client management teams •Help translate complex clinical concepts into easy-to-understand, evidence-based content across a variety of formats that supports behavior change and improves overall well-being•Collaborate with the production team, health coaches, and clinical experts to bring content vision and experiences to life in compelling, engaging ways•Contribute to key performance metrics for clinical content initiatives, leveraging engagement data, research insights, and user feedback to measure effectiveness and continuously optimize impact•Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content launches are well-supported and aligned with broader company initiatives•Identify gaps in clinical content and participant support resources and experiences, and support the development and production of those resources to best serve our program participants and prospects•Provide voice of the user edits to all pieces of video, PDF, emails, support resources, and in-product content•Internal coordinator of testimonial development, outreach, launch•Spearhead competitive research initiativeProject manage:•All content initiatives, from curriculum videos to webinars, library resources to recipe books, and more, including pre/during/post-production elements•Recipe development and support, including: coordinating quarterly nutritionally-supportive recipes and related photoshoots in collaboration with clinical, instructors, design partners, production crew, and food stylist; and supporting the build-out and maintenance of a detailed repository for Wondr recipes, which has been an important lever to engagement with our participants•Rewards initiative, including internal team coordination and management, external management with our vendor(s), and coordination across digital and supply chain complexities for digital and physical goods
