My role involves- Supporting daily operations and learning the business practices that drive one of the world’s leading Thoroughbred racing and sales companies- Rotating through departments to develop a well-rounded understanding of racing, sales, marketing, and hospitality- Contributing to projects and events that enhance Keeneland’s mission of creating lifelong fans of Thoroughbred racing- Building industry knowledge through mentorship, networking, and exposure to leaders across the sport.This experience strengthens my professional skills, broadened my perspective of the Thoroughbred industry, and deepened my appreciation for Keeneland’s legacy and impact!
