Identify and drive training consultation for business process changes required to support the capabilities of the network. • Partner closely with North America partners (HR COE, PMO/TM and Business/Functional Partners) • Demonstrate discernment to provide detailed business input and influence business requirements • Ensure North America’s needs and strategic objectives can be met for training • Lead the development and roll out of learning for geography specific processes, including process documentation and training as needed • Support execution of realistic training transition plans to ensure the new capabilities are implemented while minimizing risk and business disruption • Highlight functional training business risks, issues and opportunities to leadership and business partners • Collect training data and metrics and report results to management, seeking recommendations for process improvements and action plans • Provide learning subject-matter expertise and consulting to business leaders • Build and provide access to professional learning solutions, including manager communications, and campaigns, as well as learning management system support activities • Resolve advanced issues, mitigates risk, and removes roadblocks to achieve operational and strategic goals • Create and implement (in collaboration with the Learning Manager) training communications and evaluation plan for large training projects and initiatives • Solve problems regarding delays or obstacles in the training process, including reminders and communications for scheduling changes, for large business initiatives or integrations • Work on projects and solutions that enable network consistency • Influence others at various organizational levels to adapt, evolve and adhere to newly developed frameworks and structures
