I’m a people-first program and organizational leader who helps teams and leaders do hard things well — especially in complex, high-change environments.My work sits at the intersection of program leadership, delivery execution, and human-centered leadership. I’m known for strong emotional intelligence, steady presence, and the ability to bring clarity and momentum to situations marked by ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational change.Over the course of my career, I’ve led and supported large-scale, cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, product, infrastructure, and business teams. Most recently, my focus has expanded into enterprise-level growth and revenue initiatives, where I apply systems thinking, delivery rigor, and leadership insight to drive sustainable outcomes.A defining thread in my leadership approach is psychological safety. I believe teams perform best when people feel heard, trusted, and supported — and when expectations are clear. I lead with a coaching mindset, meeting individuals and organizations where they are, and helping them grow without losing sight of results.Beyond my formal roles, I’m deeply invested in leadership development and community impact.
