I’m the co-founder of Costello & Co, a Detroit-based design-build firm creating spaces that inspire connection, creativity & comfort.With roots in both behavioral science and design, I blend strategy, systems, and storytelling to help people and businesses build environments that truly support the way they live and work.At Costello & Co, our projects go beyond construction — they’re about crafting experiences that honor individuality, functionality & beauty. We manage everything from concept to completion with a focus on intentional design, quality craftsmanship, and lasting relationships.Outside of the design world, I’m passionate about building community and collaboration among women entrepreneurs, founders & creatives.
