Leading the Global Talent Acquisition organization for HMH and reporting to the Chief People Officer, as one of four direct reports. Talent Acquisition supports all areas of our full time hiring globally and have ownership of our robust contingent workforce and HMH\'s Managed Services Partner, globally. As an Edtech company, we look to source, qualify, negotiate and close the most qualified global talent in areas related to: engineering, product design, UI / UX design, IT, sales, professional services, customer success, content delivery and corporate functions (to name a few), to accomplish our ambitious, yearly hiring goals. In 2023, assisted with opening a new Global Capability Center in Pune, India to support our technology initiatives and successfully hired, onboarded and achieved our strategic headcount plan for 2023 and every subsequent year. Traveled to India in January 2024 to participate in the inauguration of our office expansion. We have scaled from 1-300+ employees in our GCC in Pune India, and supported the full creation of this new engineering organization. Also responsible for HMH\'s three additional GCoE\'s in US, Canada and EMEA. As we continue on our Edtech, SaaS journey, we have continuously met our hiring goals and dramatically reduced our TTF metrics and provided 100% internal success for closing all of our open headcount.
