Works with Production Managers, Tour Managers & Catering Teams to help facilitate advances- Coordinates with the General and Production Managers, co-manage any applicable backstage program budget and process vendor invoices- Acts as the lead in maintaining metrics and sharing information with the Artist Services Team, tracking historic data on Tours & details regarding Artist choices/favorites and manage the backstage tour personnel survey and competition rate- Partners with the venue’s Production Manager, Artist Services team and LN Tour rep to create memorable, hospitality-minded moments at every show- Assist Production Manager and back of house crew with any tasks to help ensure a smooth show day- Maintains back of house expectations and backstage division-wide goals while ensuring that the Artist Commitment is met or exceeded- Assist the Day of show Production Manager and Tour Manager from load in to load out, with an emphasis on customer (artist/client) service, adherence to time schedules, sound restrictions, VIP execution and cost containment- Works with local and national vendors and companies to create and design unique and memorable experiences for the tour and crew- Acts as the lead in maintaining metrics and sharing information with the Artist Services Team, tracking historic data on Tours and details regarding Artist and their teams- Responsible for Post Event Service Recap and analyze other venue service reports to create action plans for service improvements in partnership with the Artist Services team and Venue GM- Works with Production Managers, Tour Managers & Catering Teams to help facilitate advances.
