I collaborate with organizations across education, gender equity, and anti-trafficking — helping them amplify their impact and strengthen their operations. Organizations turn to me to manage complex projects, lead strategic planning, coach employees, and design innovative systems that make their work stronger and more sustainable.I help mission-driven organizations turn big ideas into lasting impact. Through relationship building, thoughtful questioning, and strategic project management, I partner with leaders to create sustainable change.I formerly served on the board of the Witness Stones Project, a nonprofit that empowers students to uncover and share the history of slavery in their communities, and on Loyola University’s Young Alumni Board, where I supported alumni engagement and student success. Earlier in my career, I led teams and strategic initiatives at Achievement First and Warby Parker, experiences that sharpened my ability to align vision with execution.After time in New Orleans and North Carolina, I’m now based in Louisville, KY. I graduated from Loyola University with degrees in Journalism and African and African-American Studies.
