Native TVOD Program - program to rebuild Sky’s capability to buy and sell premium content, to provide a more integrated experience, drive additional revenue, and to build a TVOD platform which can be used by other third party syndication partners. My role is to build and maintain the program plan, prioritised in line with commercial and product priorities, and to manage architectural, design and engineering resources in order to deliver upon the agreed roadmap. This resulted in the successful rollout to our first partner in Feb 2026, which is projected to increase sales of movie content tenfold.Sky Germany - EntOS migration program - critical business migration of existing set top boxes in Germany to EntOS, covering 250k devices. I was responsible for driving & organising a cross functional team including business stakeholders, product managers, software engineers, and external device manufacturers, in order to ensure existing users were migrated seamlessly, and that new & upgraded devices were available in line with a forthcoming marketing drive.Sky Sports Plus Upgrade - high priority program to upgrade Sky Sports Plus technical infrastructure and feature stack, in preparation for relaunch in line with the start of the 2025/26 Premier League season. My role is to coordinate between product, architecture, design and global development teams, driving decisions around scope and timescales, as well as being responsible for reporting on the program to the senior leadership team, and removing impediments and blockers to progress.
