ABOUT LAURENCE MORVAN
My experience spans strategic change management, culture transformation and ESG management having worked for the last 7 years as Chief of Staff to Accenture CEOs and now to Accenture CEO Europe. I have been responsible for enabling pivot to new organizations, a more collaborative and innovation-centered culture, and embedding our societal and digital responsibility into Accenture. I am Accenture Corporate Social Responsibility Officer. I have oversight of Accenture corporate citizenship activities, which aim to bring Accenture technology and human ingenuity to serve society. As we expand our business responsibility into how we operate as a company and how we partner with our clients, I am developping solutions to address the impact of our commercial work on skills and jobs, as well as better anticipate the negative consequences of technology. I represent Accenture in global coalitions around the G20 and OECD on topics of Inclusive Growth, Employment and Education. Working with our CEO Europe, I ensure Accenture fully leverage EU strategies, develop relevant thought leadership and programs for Europe and strengthens its position as the largest professional services firm and employer in Europe with over employees and $15B net revenues. I was previously the Chief of Staff to Accenture CEO Pierre Nanterme and David Rowland, where I oversaw change management and strategic programs, in particular building a culture and methods of innovation
