Total understanding of my depots operating performance is a pivotal part of my current role and I consistently strive towards best utilising human and rolling stock across all contracts to help ensure cost effect solutions without compromising individual service level agreements. I process strong ethics and always ensure that my management and operative teams operate within legal & DHL guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of all associates as well as protecting the South West ‘O’ Licence. I Pride myself on both the investment and development of my team ensuring that the team operate at the highest standards as well as actively promoting opportunities and support for career growth.
