Theatre that speaks to the soul is grounded in authenticity. The challenge in creating dynamic, meaningful, and entertaining productions is to ensure that all voices are heard and those that most align with the vision inform the resulting performance. Every production can and should be enjoyable and fulfilling, while it\'s also demanding. In all my work as director I strive to invest this kind of richness and fullness in each endeavor I lead. The process of project creation in the corporate world, in the theatre, or in the classroom is an exciting one, worthy of the work it demands.
