I have specialized in appellate practice and procedures since 2006. As a Senior Appellate Consultant, I advise clients perfecting appeals in a wide variety of state and federal appellate courts with specific emphasis on the New York State Appellate Divisions, the Appellate Terms, the New York State Court of Appeals, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Throughout my career I have assisted and guided clients through all phases of the appellate process in more appeals.
