As a Senior Appellate Consultant, I advise clients perfecting appeals in a wide variety of state and federal appellate courts with specific emphasis on the New York State Appellate Divisions, the Appellate Terms, the New York State Court of Appeals, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Throughout my career I have assisted and guided clients through all phases of the appellate process in more appeals. My experience and extensive knowledge of the rules of appellate practice and procedure, as well as the de facto practices in the various courts coupled with a strong client service orientation and attention to detail ensure flawless execution of the appellate process.
