I founded this business and continue to facilitate all client deals from my office in NYC, though I travel the country to deliver a hands-on approach to real estate development, redevelopment, and leasing projects.I\'ve closed more than 50 projects under Horton RA, nearly half of them holding top placement in their markets. The majority of my projects focus on mixed-use developments, many with luxury retail components.
