Reporting to the EMEA CIO as the EMEA Technical Architect my role principally consists of identifying opportunities, developing business cases, leading technical projects and managing Colliers’ technology roadmap. I focus on change which either delivers increased business value, reduces risk or provides the business cost savings. I manage a small team, focused on improving Colliers’ Digital Workplace and work closely with our PMO, IT Service Delivery, Application and Infrastructure & Operations Teams. I am presently working on a number of initiatives, including early-stage adoption of Enterprise Architecture practices, improving Colliers’ Identity & Access Management processes (implementation of IGA) and implementation of an Enterprise Integration Platform (IPaaS & MFT) to optimise our business processes and use of data. During my time at Colliers I have overseen the successful delivery of a number of projects, including- Technology M&A Activities in Finland, Denmark and Sweden- Migration & business change activity for adoption of Microsoft Teams- Deployment of a MS Teams Telephony Platform, adoption across five major markets- Enterprise & Application Architecture exercise for Colliers Finland- Implementation of Palo Alto NGFW security infrastructure- WAN Rationalisation & Migration to SD-WAN
