I’ve been with Bynder for over 8 years and have spent the last few leading and growing our US enterprise onboarding team. Since stepping into people management in early 2022 and now with nearly two years of experience as a Senior Manager, I’ve focused on building a strong team culture, improving how we deliver onboarding at scale, and ensuring that our customers receive real value quickly.I work closely with teams across Customer Success, Sales, and Product to enhance the onboarding process within the broader business context. That includes everything from process updates and tooling decisions to capacity management and setting teams up for success. I care deeply about developing people, creating clarity in day-to-day operations, and making things more efficient without sacrificing the human side of the work.As I look toward the next step in my career, I’m focused on continuing to grow as a strategic leader—someone who can think long term, lead through change, and help onboarding evolve to support a growing business.
