o Lead full life-cycle recruiting efforts for Business Intelligence & Analytics, IT, Product and HR positions across four corporate locations.o Partner with Managers, Directors and VP’s to understand their hiring objectives for current and future needs.o Make recommendations to hiring managers regarding appropriate offers in light of market conditions and to maintain internal equity.o Accountable for building and managing a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple markets.o Maintain competitive intelligence knowledge of industry workforce trends and potential impact to the business.o Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates, hiring managers and vendors. Ensure that candidates have a highly positive experience during the entire recruitment and selection process.o Actively source both active/passive candidates who fit opportunities; fosters relationships with high potential candidates by utilizing social media, networks, referrals and ATS to develop a pipeline of high potential talent.o Participate in diversity events/outreach organizations to help build & maintain the company’s objective to build a diverse & inclusive workforce (Grace Hopper, WICT, NAMIC, BMBA).o Ensures that all compliance goals are successful met per internal guidelines and policies.o Partner closely with legal for H1B & Green Card efforts.
