I help accomplished adults who appear to be functioning well on the outside but feel anxious, burned out, or internally overwhelmed reconnect with themselves, move through what’s keeping them stuck, and create lives that feel aligned, empowered, and meaningful. Many of the people I support are navigating life transitions, identity shifts, or the emotional impact of illness, loss, or chronic over-functioning—the quiet ache that life isn’t quite working despite external success.I’m a therapeutically informed, ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with many years of experience supporting people through personal and professional change. I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals—from high-performing professionals to those rebuilding after major life disruption—helping them slow down, cultivate self-trust, clarify what matters most, and take values-aligned action so they can move forward with intention.My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded. I draw from mindfulness, parts-based awareness, and values-based work to help clients understand patterns beneath overwhelm, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom—without pressure or performance.My work is informed by both training and lived experience. As a breast cancer survivor and someone who has navigated significant life and career reinventions, I understand how disorienting change can be and how much courage it takes to move through it honestly.I’m currently completing my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walsh University (expected May 2026) and working toward licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois under the supervision of S. Paige Crawford, LCPC (#18•••••03). I coach clients globally through my private practice and organizational partnerships, and I provide virtual counseling to adults in Illinois under clinical supervision.
