I’m the Director of Membership at Leadership Now Project, a membership organization of business leaders committed to protecting democracy as a foundation for a thriving economy and political stability. My work focuses on growing and engaging our membership community of 400+ business leaders—CEOs, board members, and executives—who understand that protecting constitutional institutions isn\'t just a civic duty, it\'s a business imperative. LNP members take action—investing in leaders, influencing policy, responding to risks, and partnering to drive solutions. Our membership is national, with members in 25+ states and chapters in 8, drawing on extensive business and alumni networks to drive local and national impact.I bring more than 15 years of experience across the business, nonprofit, and public policy sectors, with deep expertise in building and scaling mission-driven organizations. Most recently, I served as Vice President of Member Services at WorkMoney, where I helped scale a national organization to more than 9 million members and led the launch of its resource center. Since launching in 2023, the resource center has connected over 1.5 million families with nearly $2 billion in government programs and tax credits.Previously, I was a manager at The Bridgespan Group, advising philanthropic and nonprofit leaders on strategy and operating model design. I currently serve on the board of the United Way of Northern New Jersey, where I support the growth of the ALICE program to advocate for working families.Leadership Now Project has been a throughline in my career—I was a founding member and remain deeply committed to mobilizing business leaders to protect democratic institutions.
