I\'m an Operations girl through and through, and fortunately for me, I have had the chance to continue to grow in my career while staying focused on Ops. I am a big believer in going to the Gemba - you have to see, feel, touch, listen, learn to truly solve problems. My goal is to make a least one small, incremental positive change every day whether that be within myself, my team, or the processes I manage.I\'m fortunate in my career to do what I love and to work with people who are as energized by leadership and innovation as I am. I also have the opportunity to work for a fantastic company in Zwiesel Fortessa Americas that focuses on providing solutions to our customers and developing the passions of their staff.My favorite role, however, is that of wife, mother, daughter, and sister. My family is the center of everything I do. My kids are my motivation to be better, to never stop growing. My husband is my partner in all things, and the best fantasy football coach. We live in a wonderful community in Winchester, VA, and I hope to continue to grow in both my career and life here.
