A 2008 graduate of the College of William and Mary with degrees in Marketing and Economics and a minor in International Relations, Lauren Edwards has spent the past 17 years in business with a focus on communications and social/digital strategy. She currently specializes in blending internal and external communications, social & digital media, branding and marketing together for clients to succeed in an ever-changing media climate.Edwards got her initial entry into the communications world working at Octagon Sports Marketing while managing social activation for Sprint’s sponsorship of NASCAR’s premier racing series through the Miss Sprint Cup program. Following her tenure at Octagon, she was employed by Jimmie Johnson Racing to build the online brand of the seven-time NASCAR champion. In 2017, she started her own company, Reine Digital, and retained Johnson as a cornerstone client. She built Reine Digital to a 20+ person agency with clients in both sports and in the world of brand and influencer social. Reine Digital under Edwards leadership, focused on exceptional storytelling, content creation and data-driven media strategies.
