I’m Lauren A. Petty, a Probate REALTOR® with eXp Realty, combining 20+ years of project management and business analysis expertise to help both people and businesses achieve their goals through strategic thinking and clear, results-driven guidance.As someone who has served as executor of my parents’ estate, I understand how isolating and overwhelming probate can feel—especially while navigating grief, family dynamics, and an unfamiliar process with no clear roadmap. Going through probate firsthand showed me how essential legal guidance is, and also how much families benefit from additional structure and planning support alongside it.I bring that missing structure to families. I approach probate sales with organized planning, clear timelines, and thoughtful decision support—breaking a complex process into manageable steps so nothing important is overlooked. My role often extends beyond listing a home by aligning closely with attorney guidance, coordinating with vendors when needed, and keeping the estate’s best interests front and center. I analyze the home’s position so you can look ahead through the lens of: • Keeping the home and continuing to love it • Keeping the home and converting it into an income-producing asset • Selling the home through a quick as-is sale, or • Selling the home on the open market for top dollar.Clients appreciate my calm presence and respect for timing during emotionally heavy transitions. I listen carefully, communicate with empathy, and help reduce friction among heirs by handling coordination they’d rather not manage themselves.
