ABOUT LAUREN KILMER
I have the great privilege of working at the Partnership for Public Service as Vice President for Public Service Leadership. I serve on the nonprofit’s Management Team, lead the Public Service Leadership Institute, and lead a team of 30 wonderful colleagues dedicated to the Partnership’s nonpartisan mission to build a better government and a stronger democracy. Our Public Service Leadership Institute offers leadership development programming for federal, state, and local government leaders across levels of seniority. We\'ve had the pleasure of training more than public servants over the past 20 years.Previously, I served as Policy Director of Goldman Sachs’ Small Businesses Voices program. Prior to that, I was a Vice President in GS’ Office of the Chairman where I worked with diverse businesses across the firm\'s Executive Office that advance the firm\'s corporate strategy, culture and brand, focusing on philanthropy, corporate communications, government affairs, global marketing, and sustainability. Earlier, I was an attorney at Skadden Arps. I also have the tremendous pleasure of teaching a course in the Leadership Studies department at Williams College titled Leadership and The Good Life.I graduated cum laude from both Harvard Law School and Williams College.
