About Lauren Adele Winters

From an early age, I realized that the body was a powerful source and when treated with respect, care, and attention, could yield a multitude of benefits. I view the body as the gateway to personal growth. And I am here to navigate individuals through these changing waters. My experience working as a certified personal trainer for 10 years and in a young adult residential treatment center taught me is that our bodies and minds are feedback loops, to allow shifts to take place, one must learn about the self, our perceptions, and what might be holding us back from alignment. My mission as a health coach is to understand my clients on a deep level using certified coaching, nutrition, and exercise protocols as well as 100\'s of client experiences with roadblocks and solutions. My method is propelled by my client\'s own intuition, rather than someone telling you the \"only best way\" to do meet your particular goal. Together, we can find your most authentic and aligned state and discover more about what WORKS for you to move towards your healthiest life. I have particular interest and experience in working with neurodiverse individuals who may struggle with their weight and confidence in their body and feel stuck in particular habits that do not serve their goals.
