About Lauren Wiegman
As Northeastern Alumni graduating in May 2025, where I studied Business Administration with focuses in Healthcare Management/Consulting, and Finance, I am eager to explore a career that will work with up-and-coming healthcare technologies to streamline and innovate care in the future. I\'m interested how various innovations will shape such a dynamic industry like healthcare. At Guidepoint, I was recently promoted to Associate Project Manager on the institutional healthcare team. I work with institutional healthcare investors and help them better understand their client needs to deliver meaningful solutions. While I work, I am beginning Graduate-level courses with a business and healthcare focus through Northeastern University\'s Online Learning platform to work toward a certificate that will prepare me for a Master\'s degree. I am also currently part of the Massachusetts chapter of ACHE and HFMA where I’m excited to meet and network with industry professionals who share the same passion for the intersection of healthcare and business, specifically in the hospital administration space. In Summer 2025, I worked alongside Professor Brady Post’s team as a Senior Research Assistant exploring topics related to Hospital-Physician integration, and the managerial and operational impacts that it can have on the care delivery environment. Some highlights from my time at Northeastern include: Vice President of Recruitment and Programming for the Healthcare Management and Consulting Club, Presidential Ambassador with the office of the President, and lastly my membership within the Upsilon Phi Delta Honor Society.
