About Lauren Widrick
My mission is to unlock potential, performance, and purpose in the people & teams I work with.and I have a wild \"unicorn-like\" skillset to do it. I\'ve got 20 combined years of corporate and entrepreneurship experience under my belt. I grew up in the world of Investment Banking Technology, rising from a junior software tester to running a global team of 60 humans in 8 years flat. Let me be clear: It’s not because I\'m a technology whiz. It\'s because I have an uncommon ability to turn chaos into clarity, equip and empower people, and galvanize the group toward greatness. Fast forward a few years later (deep in season of burnout), to when I launched my own Life Coaching business as a side hustle.and promptly discovered I was pregnant with my second baby. This began a two-year roller coaster of working on the trading floor, completing a 12-month coaching certification in NYC, growing my practice to the tipping point, and going full-time in my business. From 20••••24, I joyfully ran my company Grab Life by the Goals®. I coached C-level executives, facilitated at Fortune 500 companies, and coached hundreds of individual leaders and entrepreneurs. I developed signature courses for business launch, sales, and goal-setting. I also delivered keynote speeches to thousands, launched a podcast and published a journal. The coolest thing in my business was an elite coaching community called The Squad that over 200 people experienced. I also ran two large-scale Grab Life by the Goals® conferences in Charlotte, NC.In January 2025, I became the Chief of Staff in the Mortgage Modeling Development Center at Wells Fargo - a role where I get to drive excellence in the areas of people, projects and process.
