About Lauren Thompson

I am a Senior undergraduate student at Northeastern University, studying Business Administration with a Marketing concentration and a minor in Psychology. I graduate May 2024 and am actively looking for a full time role. I am a self-starter with strong communication and collaboration skills. I\'m passionate about brand management, product marketing, influencer marketing, and marketing analytics! I spent January - June 2023 working full time at Wayfair on the email marketing team. In this role I held ownership of multiple long-term projects aimed at the goal of increasing GRS per customer, click rate, and brand loyalty. These projects have enabled me to use a creative mindset while also expanding my skills utilizing platforms such as GBQ, Google Sheets, and Looker. My first co-op in 2022 at OnCampus Advertising allowed me to expand my digital marketing and public relations skills. I initiated growth of OnCampus\' organic social media channels as well as implemented strategies that improved the social influencer marketing program long-term. I\'m currently finishing up my degree while also serving as a Peer Mentor for the D\'Amore McKim Business school, advising first-year students and sharing my own experience. I\'ve aided in lesson planning, sat on informational panels, facilitated \"career conversation\" events, and spoken at many networking events.
