   Directed and supervised a team of 3 onshore and 5 offshore sales enablement resources including: graphic design, brand advocacy, sales training, proposal creation, and SAM operations- Architected Huron’s sales asset management tool, Seismic, as the enterprise wide system administrator- Enhanced relationships with IT, Salesforce, and Legal teams for Seismic system integrations, requirements and reporting enhancements for ROI on the platform to then leverage in contract negotiations with Seismic- Worked directly with enterprise subject matter experts to understand current state content processes and ensure Seismic governance standards, system enhancements and priorities were aligned throughout the sales organization- Developed RPA program with Huron’s offshore team to streamline expiring content and missing required tags within Seismic- Implemented company-wide taxonomy within the Seismic system including actionable project plans to update all content tags, integration with Salesforce and new training materials/guides
