As a seasoned operations professional, I have gained valuable experience in a variety of roles, both internally-facing and customer-facing. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a passion for problem solving and driving results. I am currently leading a team of 40 individuals across Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Support, Partnerships and Customer Success, responsible for supporting, delighting, and driving revenue for thousands of fundraisers. My MBA, along with my diverse skillset and experiences, have prepared me to excel in any team-oriented environment, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities. I have a bias for action and I love to run experiments to see how we can drive the most impact.Outside of work, I love teaching yoga and exploring Chicago on my bike.
