I’m a Recruiter, and Human Resources professional at NASCAR, focused on full cycle hiring and helping teams find the right people to grow and succeed. I work closely with hiring managers to understand what they need, streamline the process, and make sure candidates have a positive and transparent experience from start to finish.For 2025–2026, I’m serving as Curator of the Charlotte Shapers, part of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community.
