With a background in publishing, journalism, marketing, and entrepreneurship, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight and editorial expertise to help high-achieving professionals craft compelling narratives that elevate their influence and impact in the marketplace. I’m passionate about helping authors establish themselves as thought leaders in their industries and spheres of influence. I believe books are portals—transformative tools that can change cities, industries, and the world, one reader at a time. That belief has fueled every chapter of my career. My love for books began as a little girl when my father read Grimm’s Fairy Tales to me each night. Captivated by the magic of language, I dove headfirst into storytelling—writing for school magazines, studying journalism and marketing at the University of Georgia, and using writing as a vehicle for advocacy and change. While working with several women-owned businesses in college, I discovered my love for creative entrepreneurship. A life-changing trip to the Middle East led to my first book editing opportunity, and when I returned home, I built a global client base as a freelance editor and social media marketer. I eventually launched my own boutique publishing house and creative studio, managing every stage of the publishing process—from discovery calls to contract negotiations, navigating the multi-stage editorial and design processes, managing contractors, and launching social media campaigns. Now, I bring that entrepreneurial spirit and editorial expertise to my work at Advantage. Every day, I collaborate with CEOs and entrepreneurs to help them clarify their message and strategically invest in their voice and vision to build their Authority, grow their businesses, and make a positive impact on their spheres of influence.
