Starting my career in public education before making my way to learning and development in corporate environments, I enjoy working with individuals, teams, and leaders to inspire action and growth towards better results. I believe that it is through people that those results are sustainably achieved and love working with organizations to bring their mission to life. With 10 years experience in the Talent Development field, I have broad perspective working externally for a consulting firm partnering with companies across the globe to working within a company implementing organizational talent and HR priorities. I am energized when collaborating cross-functionally to deliver key outcomes and consulting with leaders, teams and individuals to achieve their business objectives. While coaching leaders is my favorite aspect of my job, I have a diverse set of skills in facilitation, instructional design, assessment delivery and debrief, change management and leadership, data and analytics, and program management.
