I am a UK Chartered Trade Mark & Designs Attorney based at HGF\'s Manchester office. I advise on the protection and enforcement of IP rights and IP portfolio management and more specifically I am experienced in the following areas- Advice regarding existing and potential trade mark, design and copyright rights- Conducting pre-filing searches- Filing and prosecuting trade mark and design applications- Filing and prosecuting trade mark oppositions- Advice relating to brand development (protection and enforcement)- Providing IP related training to clientsI am a member of the HGF Retail Team and have particular experience acting for and advising retailers.
