About Lauren Short
I am a senior at Auburn University, currently pursuing a degree from the Harbert College of Business. With ambition and analytical skills, I have declared a dual major in Marketing and Business Analytics.I have always been around a community of people who know what they want, and they work for and exceed it. I believe that when I put my mind to something, I can do anything to the best of my ability. Given the opportunity at a young age to run my high school\'s athletics social media, I grew a passion for sports marketing. During my position, I doubled the following and implemented marketing strategies to create a consistent feed. In my current role as Aubie\'s Director of Marketing and Communications, I am learning the importance of collaboration with a team and time management.As life progresses, I am eager to see what new opportunities await me. The experiences I have been given thus far have made me grow as a leader among my peers and as a person. It is only imaginable what the future has to hold and how I will continue to flourish throughout my college career.
