I support the delivery of transformative business improvement projects at Atmos, a modern, dynamic environmental consultancy committed to sustainable development and environmental stewardship.My work spans two key areas: leading strategic projects that drive cross-functional improvement across the business, and partnering closely with the Operations Director to manage and optimise core operational functions including across Scotland (Edinburgh & Inverness) and Wales (Mold).It\'s a hands-on, collaborative role where I get to blend big-picture thinking with execution, helping shape the systems and structures that support long-term growth and impact.Our purpose is simple – ‘to enable sustainable development that realises our clients\' vision, protects the environment, and enhances the world we live in’.
