For more info, visit our website As Chief Operating Officer, I spend my time: • Managing and supporting daily operations of the organization • Creating strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention • Focusing on fostering a company culture centered on continuous improvement across the board • Leading the organization’s annual budgeting process • Managing the receipt and quarterly reporting of government funds • Monitoring and creating monthly financial reports • Working closely with our CEO to recruit and retain investor partnerships • Participating as the staff liaison to the Finance Committee • Working closely with the Executive Committee and investor leadership • Serving as Secretary for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors • Managing special projects as they relate to the operations of the Alliance And, I continue to lead our investor relations program by: • Creating and implementing a strategic annual fund development program of $3 million+ • Developing a meaningful suite of benefits that bring value to investors and promote member retention • Working with our communications & engagement manager to build our investor and regional stakeholder communications program
