ABOUT LAUREN ROSS
II’m a business owner, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients and families I work with.I hold a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Clemson University and a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Old Dominion University.In 2022, I founded Precision Therapy PLLC, a company dedicated to supporting adults with disabilities through therapeutic consultation services in the home, community, and virtual settings. Our mission is to empower caregivers by modeling, coaching, and collaborating to create greater independence for their loved ones.Before launching Precision Therapy, I served as a Clinical Supervisor at Evidence Based Classroom Solutions, overseeing pediatric and adult speech and ABA services. I also spent five wonderful years providing speech therapy to school-aged clients at Lynchburg City Schools.Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of presenting continuing education courses across Virginia — and internationally — always with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration and individualized client success.At the heart of my work is the belief that when we work together across disciplines, we can achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes for every client and family we serve.
