As an Associate Director in R4D’s Evaluation and Adaptive Learning (EAL) practice I am providing a mix of technical and strategic leadership on EAL’s flagship initiatives including, the USAID-funded Health Systems Strengthening Accelerator and Frontier Health Markets-Engage projects. I am leading technical activities that include designing and guiding implementation of innovative methods to track and learn about systems change, including rapid experimentation and timely feedback loops to test, adapt, and improve on solutions. I also lead processes to review and analyze evidence to inform priorities for action and facilitate collaboration among multiple partners including consortium partners, USAID representatives, government stakeholders, and local implementing partners. Additionally, I support the growth and strategy development for the practice, building relationships and identifying new opportunities for EAL.
